"D & M was terrific. Danny arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. He explained our options and the cost of each, and then made the repair. He made sure everything was working before he finished, cleaned some mold and mildew out of the washer, and took the time to make sure that I understood how the problem happened and how to prevent it going forward. He cleaned our dryer vent and dryer very thoroughly. I will definitely call D & M next time that I have an appliance issue."

"I called for washer repair after noticing a loud banging noise during the spin cycle. The technician was honest about what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The repair was done quickly, and everything works perfectly now. It’s refreshing to find a trustworthy appliance repair service"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"He did a great job for fixing the starter of our BBQ grill as well as cleaning the dryer machine. On time , very professional and friendly. Very satisfied with his work and definitely will recommend this company . Quick response time and appointment the following day."

"$300 for someone to reset a dryer and clean out some lint...I could have done that for free."

"I was very pleased with their service. My washing machine had broken and was very expensive to repair. In purchasing my new machine through M and L, the service fee from the first visit was deducted, and the price of the machine completely reasonable. They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine. I was very pleased with their service and their promptness. Both of the gentleman who came to my house or a professional, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this this company."

"The repairman, checked the price for the replacement part, delivery charge and labor and recommended buying a new dryer, rather than paying to repair this one. Very honest and professional. Burt told me he has been doing this work for 30 years, 15 for Park Avenue. He really knows his field!"
