Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in High Ridge, MO

"The project went well. The guys showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were kind and easy to work with and cleaned up afterwards. They replaced the staircase on my deck and it's a lot sturdier than the old one. Can't wait to stain it in a few weeks. I will recommend this company for any deck work you may have."

"David had completed a deck for our friends, and he came highly recommended. He was easy to work with as we planned our new deck on our new house, offering many suggestions to fit out backyard terrain. The quality of our deck is amazing—sturdy and well put together. The workers were very professional and took great pride in their work. I highly recommend C Maurer Building!"

"Asked for a quote for a small job to repair/replace a chain link fence gate (the gate frame finally broke after years of lawn service mowers bumping into it), and Clay called me back that day, came by the next, and I had an estimate the next day. The estimate was fair for the work proposed, but out of my budget. That is no fault of Easter Fence to estimate a quality end-to-end custom gate replacement (I wanted them to make it wider for future mower access) in a turnkey project format. I won't compare the cost of a cook-at-home dinner with the cost of dining in a nice restaurant and then complain about the restaurant dinner costing more. They're just not the same thing, like apples and flashlights. If I had a bigger project in mind, or something really nice or custom where quality matters, I definitely would consider Easter Fence."

"Great! The deck was a tear down and new build. Loved having multiple options to choose from. The fwnce was a new install. Our sales rep was thorough and the installers were great. Very satisfied with both projects. Referred two neighbors and they both had fences installed as well."

"Deck looks great. Easy to work with. Very good communications"

"I recently hired Jones Home Improvements to perform two preliminary EMF (ElectroMagnetic Frequency) tests on two separate homes that I was considering purchasing in order to determine the levels of EMF radiation present at each home and, hence, whether either one was safe enough to consider purchasing and, ultimately, move into. For those of you who might be wondering to what I am referring, I will sum it up this way: many scientific studies have been done proving that exposure to EMF's, created by cell phone towers, antennas, electrical wires, etc., can have detrimental effects on human health. Additionally, many anecdotal reports (about people who've been negatively affected by EMF radiation) exist that further substantiate this fact. Make no mistake about it...EMF radiation is an invisible threat to each and every one of us, and I encourage you to do your own research on the subject so as to educate yourself about this ubiquitous danger to which we are all exposed at some level or another (WARNING: the advent of 5G is particularly concerning!). A couple of good places to start your research are: electricsense.com AND theemfguy.com. Now, back to my review.... From my initial phone conversation with Rob, the Building Biologist at Jones Home Improvements (JHI) who performs this testing, to the time he met me at the homes to conduct the testing, I found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, efficient, and professional. I was under a time crunch (as is so often the case when buying a new home!), and, in order to accommodate me, Rob promptly came out to the two prospective homes to conduct the tests. By walking around the exterior of the homes, using 2 handheld meters, Rob was able to immediately determine the levels of EMF radiation present at each home. He, then, spent considerable time with me, immediately afterward, to explain the results of his findings (one home, by the way, fared better than the other). This testing, along with Rob's explanation of the results, proved to be very helpful in knowing whether or not to pursue purchasing either of the two homes. As it turned out, we decided not to purchase either of the homes for other reasons. Once we DO find the right home, however, and after we have moved into it, I plan on hiring JHI again to test the home, from both the outside AND the inside, so as to rectify any EMF problems that might be present at the home. In closing, I would like to commend JHI for providing such a much-needed, but little-known service to the residents of St. Louis. JHI has been innovative enough, smart enough, and brave enough to go where no other St. Louis companies have gone by offering such a vital service it's customers. It is my hope that all homeowners (and potential homeowners) learn about -- and realize the importance of -- EMF testing, and it is my hope that JHI continues to offer their Building Biology services to perform these tests in order to meet the anticipated demand. Kudos, once again, to JHI and to Rob Workman, their Building Biologist, for a job well done!"

"We desperately needed a deck to replace one that was falling apart. Maris was quick to respond to all questions, familiar with the product I wanted to use (Deckorators), and did everything needed (permits, etc). Everyone that I talked to at Maris was so nice. They kept us up to date during every step either by phone or email. Our deck was done in a week. I love it!. I would definitely recommend Maris for any home improvement products. Thank you Paul and Monica for everything."

"I am a Godfrey, Illinois homeowner who needed a new deck. Their work was lovely and provided timely and at a reasonable cost. I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely recommend hiring them for your needs."

"We recently contracted with Midtown to have a new deck installed on our historic home. Any concerns we initially had regarding workmanship, quality, or integrity were immediately put to rest. This company was exemplary in every aspect. From teardown of the old deck to completion of the new build, we were made aware via the customer portal of progress or concerns. Michaela, in the office, addressed our emails quickly and allayed any fears we may have had. Thanks to Jacob, Nolan, Tony, Juan and everyone for a quality performance! Kudos to them all!"
