"Archway Clean Sweep were great! I just wish I could have used their services. Cindy was very professional and friendly on the phone when I explained what I was needing and scheduled me efficiently. When the chimney sweep men came, they evaluated my chimney from the outside first and came to the door. He said he could do the sweep and charge me, but wouldn't recommend we burn a fire in our fireplace. He walked outside with me and showed me and explained the problems with the original build of the chimney, why it wasn't explained in our home-buying inspection and what would need to be done to correct it. He answered my questions and gave me a referral for a direct vent for a gas fireplace conversion that I asked him for. So refreshing to have a company come out who looked out for the safety of our home & family over making a quick buck. If I had cash, I would have a least given him a tip for the time he took to drive and talk with me. His knowledge was invaluable. We need more businesses like Archway Clean Sweep to take care of our homes!"

"It went very well. Scott from the Masonry dept of Bone Dry arrived on the day as promised. After looking at the chimney he took pictures of the problem areas so that we were aware of what the actual problem looked like. He then went to work. After completion he showed us pictures of the repaired area and explained everything that was done. Scott was very professional and able to answer our questions. He installed new mortar in affected areas and sealed it. He also sealed cracks in the chimney crown. Bone Dry is coming again for another job...an acid wash treatment and a water repellent on chimney chases. They did our roof several years ago and always do an excellent job getting"
