"Very well except an issue with instructions and product quality that was not the fault of the assemblers."

"Outstanding project to update and remodel our 1959 ranch-style home. Newly designed luxury master bedroom and bathroom were exceptional use of space--a true owners' oasis with high ceilings, crown molding, jetted tub and larger walk-in closet. All the original, single-paned windows in the home were replaced with energy-efficient double-paned "prairie" style grid windows. Price of contract was fairest and most comprehensive of all bids received.

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Excellent company. Professional, punctual, hard workers. Every member of the team provided excellent skills. They show up at given times, work entire day. RJ's Handyman completed re-construction of a metal building, pressure washed, sprayed sealer on wood deck/stairs, painted exterior house and screened porch, trim work on roof, got lift functional, Would hire again!"

"Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). A payment schedule - when and how much - should have been explained in advance. The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."

"owner came out to measure and pricing. After price was determined, set date. I spent a wednesday off running around picking up 1250 lbs of stone, mortar etc to be ready for him on that Sunday. He couldnt meet that day, so he rescheduled for the following Sunday. In the meantime, I questioned if he was going to install concrete board behind the 1200 lbs of stone, which is recommended or the wall could fall down. He said "if you want, but it will be more money." OKAYYYY... a little worried he didn't know that htis was a must, but maybe his guys did, so I agreed to the additional money. Arranged for him to come now on Sunday. Saturday (today 9/25) Day before and rearranging everything, he texted to say, he couldn't meet that date. Now sitting with lots of money in material and yet another week lost. I let him know i am no longer interested. Was I too small? Did he offer to low in money? Did they get in over their heads on this job and don't want to do it? Very perplexed and sad by it all."

"Matt was willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. What we thought we wanted didn't look quite right, so Matt helped us with the selection of tile, granite, and paint to better match the fixtures we'd purchased. Matt is very creative and has an eye for design. He was able to better arrange the existing space (which did involve moving plumbing) --- something we wouldn't have thought to do, but we're happy we did. He was very patient with our indecisiveness. We liked working one-on-one with Matt. He doesn't subcontract work, so we knew who would be in our house and that we'd have consistent quality. We love our new bathroom and would definitely use Labyrinth for projects in the future."

"I was very impressed with the detail in which he matched the stain to another piece I had in the room. He enjoys what he does and it shows in the work he produces. I would recommend him!"
