"Jeff, & Tim are the people to call, especially if you need a bat exclusion done. They made sure every single bat was gone before they collected the final payment even though it meant coming out 4 to 5 times. They were very fair with the pricing, especially since bat exclusion is very expensive. They explained the process in great detail, so much so that it made us realize that the other company who quoted us would have illegally removed the bats, keep in mind they’re federally protected, & we the home owners could have gotten in trouble. I would recommend them to anyone who needs animal removal. Their warranty was such a good deal we even signed up for pest services. Melissa contacted us two weeks in advance to let us know when our first treatment starts, and they’re a local family owned business. "The smell was getting bad and the flies were just starting when I called Little Rascal Wildlife Specialists to inquire about the cost and how quickly someone could help.  I had called a few other companies but was only able to talk to a receptionist and then called Little Rascals Wildlife specialists and spoke directly with Scott, the owner.  I ask about cost, but he kept asking questions about my situation before he gave me an estimate which the other companies didn't ask questions before quoting a price.  I now understand why the questions, since there is so many variables affecting how difficult the job my be.  He arrived promptly at the appointment time and began his search.  He spent over an hour in the attic with temperatures likely at or over 160 degrees without any luck and had to get out of the heat before passing out.  He had a prior appointment and had to leave, but arranged to return the next day with more searching in the attic before determining  the squirrel was down inside a wall but not retrievable from the attic.  After further searching in the house he determined where he felt it was located and drilled a small hole and using a scope looked inside the wall and he was within a couple of inches of the dead squirrel.  He then cut a small hole, quickly removed the squirrel, treated the area for odor and patch up the wall.  Next a survey of the roof and chimney to insure entry points were eliminated, adjusting the chimney cap to prevent entry. <br /> The work was done in a professional manner and he took the time to answer all our questions. <br />"

He did not need to drill holes under the concrete slabs as he was able to remove the plugs that were in the holes when the property was originally treated. He needed to borrow my watering hose as his was not long enough to make it all around the property, but rolled it up neatly when he was finished. He also mentioned that he saw some evidence of other pests that I should monitor. <br />"

However, what had been described in terms that suggested extensive exterior work would be required, took about five hours during which the technician applied hardware cloth and said that the soffits were secured and caulking was completed. A following visit to remove a one-way escape device for any animals trapped in the act, meant that the work could be generously totaled at eight hours ? roughly $200 an hour. <br /> In short, in our view, the work performed was significantly overestimated and we would have done much better to have obtained several estimates before proceeding with this company. <br />"
