"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

The problem was in the toilet which they checked and unclogged. I was deeply moved by their honesty and will continue to use them if the need arises. "My first review was great . But after two weeks I feel I had to follow up with the disappointed results . After I called and told Juan about my flowers dying out already , he first quickly blamed the weather and me not watering enough( which was completly false ). He ended up changing my two dying flowers with to new one (supposedly ) . They looked exactly like the same ones That we're dying. Two weeks go by and now I have 4 more flowers with mold spots and now they are dying as well. I called and texted Juan , but now he doesn't return my calls or text . Also don't let him talk you into putting in a water sprinkler system , you can easily do this yourself by just basic watering . He will press you on it , so consumer beware . . I had high hopes for Juan and his team , very disappointed"

come out and give us a quote I could not refuse. They said they would
try to get us in before the weekend (4 days away) and they were at the
house a day later. They were safe, quick and cleaned up very well. Even
after they got into their truck to leave - the truck stopped, one of the
guys hopped out and ran out into the lawn to pick up a few missed
chips. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

"After the central office remedied the slight scheduling snafu, we were off to the races. The 2 workers, "R" and "L", were awesome! So professional, helpful and polite. They listened to what I needed and completed the work ahead of time! In fact, I had to find more work around the yard for them to do. So in addition, they also laid down landscaping fabric, did some weed-whacking around the perimeter of the yard and added the 4 bags of garden soil to my fall garden area - one of those chores we 'meant to get to', but with the stifling heat and humidity, we kept putting it off!
