"They came and did and inspection. I purchase the service contract for 3 years as part of the service. They came and inspected the
property and closed the holes that the squirrels made in the ceiling in the garage. Then sealed any place they could with mesh and metal siding. There was still noise, the came back and left traps and cage. They put mesh on the vents on the roof and the side of the house where they could get in. They came back every week until there was not noise. We the contract they will continue to come when I call at no additional charge..

"I have used Thunder Bay Inc. On three occasions.
 The most recent was a Leaking roof at My mothers house. As usual Erik was an absolute proffessional. My mother is elderly and I like to be there if possible when contractors come to her house as she they sometimes uncomfortable. Erik is so professional and put her totally at ease. Which I am so thankful for as I did not have to leave work to be there.Erik found the leak and fixed it on the spot himself instead of making her wait until he could send a crew out. A true working owner. Great to have the owner actually on site. He also put an aluminum roof on my uncles garage. Excellent job as well. MOST impressive of all is that Eric personally supervised the crew at the school in which I am supervisor of maintence. I was at my wits end with a leaking roof that 2 previous roofers could locate the source of.  Eric identified and successfully located the source and repaired the leak. In and out in 1 1/2 hours. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER ROOFING COMPANY !!!!!!!!!"

"For the most part, Saltwater Home Resources, Inc. has been very professional and the end product shows it. The new roof looks great. The roof that I had replaced had much dry rot and corresponding damaged plywood under the shingles. The initial proposal was one price that included the replacement of all the damaged plywood. I knew what I was going to have to pay before the work was even started because of the thorough inspection of the roof  before the proposal was submitted to me. I was impressed with the fact that they did not scrimp on materials. After the underlayment was put on a rainstorm ensued and even without the shingles installed, the roof didn't leak. The nice looking shingles were the icing on the cake. Of course only time will tell how long the roof will last but all things considered, I'm confident that I am in for many years with a roof that will protect the rest of the house from the ravages of the harsh Florida weather.
