"The office staff is unresponsive, difficult to work either, and overall unpleasant. It?s unfortunate because the technicians are talented. I had a new furnace & AC installed flawlessly. Getting permits, tax & rebate information was a nightmare! I don?t recommend hiring. I also requested a hot water replacement estimate 6 weeks ago- nothing received. Customer service horrible."

"We have the highest praise for Scaldino Basement's expertise and ethics. Its rep Keith identified the problem - and the total cost was minuscule! It was essentially a paint job we needed (which Scaldino does not do!) and replacing a leaky basement window! We'd been told it would cost $12,000 by another basement company. "Renova removed 2 tanks from a property that I flipped. They removed 1 tank from the ground for the seller of the property and removed an above ground for me after the purchase. For both they navigated the addl. logistics of Covid protocols, including the difficulty getting permits because the township offices were closed. Thru it all I was communicated with in a timely and professional manner and was very satisfied with the results."
