"I have used Mark Linsday and Sons several times in the past and needed some repairs to my gas boiler which is almost 60 years old, Mark himself came and determined what was needed to keep it going. He then noticed an accumulation of lint from our clothes dryer in the basement. He examined the entire system and found it to be quite dangerous as it had built up tons of lint which he explained could be a fire hazard. All the work was explained and Diane quickly set up an appointment for me. John and another Tech ( sorry I forgot his name), arrived on the scheduled time and went right to work. The boiler was repaired as well as the entire dryer venting system. We also had a non functioning sink which was removed and the water lines capped. The work was performed quickly and professionally. I had previously had PSE&G come and look at the boiler but was told our coverage with them did not include bleeding the boiler which he did at an additional charge!! Mark graciously gave me credit for the money I had paid PSE&G, that was an act of pure class and showed his appreciation an respect for his customers!
