The installation crew were professional, skilled and accommodating to letting us "work in" other projects while they were doing their installation. We also found them most reasonable in their pricing when additional work was needed to repair some underlying wood rot. We would have given them an A rating if it weren't for the internal miscommunication between sales and scheduling that delayed our project by over a month. They weren't the least expensive option we had, but close, and in the end it's about the value received, not just the price....and S&WG delivered in that area."

"James was great. Instead of just patching things up, he got to the root of the leaks we'd been experiencing, and uncovered shoddy workmanship from previous repairs. He was very persistent about making sure the leak was resolved before patching the damage the leaks had caused.  (He found sheetrock and old rags used as patching materials from previous work!)
He removed all the old / rotted trim and decking on our balcony, repaired the balcony railing, faithfully restored the tin soffit under the second-floor gutter system (going out of his way to find suitable galvinized tin); and he replaced all the mouldings, even painstakingly trimming them to match the original materials. His attention to detail is well appreciated, and the finished work looks great.
Only one drawback: Since James typically works alone, his schedule is a bit unpredictable. If there was rain in the forecast, he would take another, interior job for the day.  Then, even if it didn't actually rain, my job got held off.  So the whole job took a couple weeks longer than we'd planned.
But in the end, James brought in a helper and got everything done in time for painters to come in an do the finish work.
