"As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and had many questions regarding the biggest purchase of my life. Tim was the inspector and as he set everything up, he explained what he was going to be doing first. The outside, the inside, then the basement. At each stage of the inspection, he would point things out, explain what should be done, how to do it, then took a picture for the report. "The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

They did a fantastic job on leveling the driveway and sidewalk slabs. They are now level, and the holes into which they pumped the substance to level it are barely noticeable. They also did a great job on removing and installing a new front step to the porch. The repair of the brickwork around the porch leaves a lot to be desired, though. The mortar is not set back from the face of the bricks-- it's flush. Some of the bricks are also way out of position.

I haven't notified them of the poor quality work because, well, I haven't talked to them. I tried calling right after the work was completed because they require payment within 24 hours. I left a message, but nobody has contacted me. I'm certainly not too upset about this since I don't want to pay for work that is poor quality, but I did want to give them an opportunity to show what kind of customer service they have.

So, please do not hesitate to use this company for concrete leveling. They are great. That is why I have given them high ratings overall. However, I would seek out another company that specializes in brickwork or mortar repair if you need any work like that done.
