"Logan and other gentleman (I?m sorry I forgot his name) arrived on time, were very professional, respectful and courteous. They did an incredible job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. "The AC company pushed the appt back from 11A-1P to 2P-4P. The technician arrived at 4 PM. He replaced the fan moor but he left the ground wire taped to the outside of the grill. Rather than trimming the wire connecting the motor to the capacitor he wound then together and wrapped them in duct tape on top of the grill."
