" I scheduled the second half of a repair [ball bearing] to my Maytag ; it had been delayed by 9 weeks by my cancer diagnosis and chemo. I was assured in a text that my written [I have a copy] estimate was saved in their computer system. The next day the tech arrived, took the back off my washer, took pictures with his cell phone, told me ?it needed a ball bearing and then everything would work fine,? and left. He was in my apartment no more than 20 minutes. He did absolutely nothing to complete the repair. I called W-M and was transferred to Alex. Alex said he ?would look at the pictures? and try and decide if W-M could do the repair for the amount quoted in my written estimate. Seriously? You are going to try and decide if you can be as good as your word? Alex said he would call me back. He didn?t. I have open wounds from chemo and no way to keep my clothes clean."

MyBath Colorado is a smaller local bathroom remodeling company that offers higher end, quality product without the price tag of the big remodel companies. We offer bathroom remodels, which ranges from tub and shower replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, safe showers, and more. We are local families serving local families. "I contracted with them for a shower installation in August and told them I was going to be out of town for the entire month of September and was assured the installation could occur then. I was told the installation would take a max of two days. They did not schedule the installation until late October. The crew worked for two days and left with it half finished. They came back a week later and finished the non-glass portion of the installation, but told me it would take one to two weeks to order the door. I had not been told that before. it took three weeks. So I could not use my shower for a total of a month. The door installation leaks around the base. I have made five requests for someone to fix this, with vague promises they will look at their schedule, but no visit has actually been scheduled. The quality of the work looks fine (other than the leak). But I would not have contracted with them had I known I would be without a shower for month or they were going to be nonresponsive for necessary repairs."

KITCHENS ONLY. We are a full service kitchen remodeling company. (We do not do baths or other remodeling work by themselves, only with a kitchen.) I have a General Contractor partner who I have worked with since 2017 who does all the construction services while I do the design (in 2D and 3D) and provide the cabinets and countertops, which must sourced from us. Designs and Estimates are free of charge! As of 04/25 we have completed 125 kitchens together as well as a number of other interior remodeling work, like bathrooms, paint, drywall, flooring, etc. We have a great process down! We are also experts in structural work like removing bearing walls (and building beams) removing soffits or false ceilings, building new walls, pantries, etc. We do most of our work with our own crew, so we maintain our quality of work and control costs.
