They completed the project on budget and were always communicative on next steps. On top of that, we are very happy with the quality of work that was performed. "Cesar came to estimate on the day I called. Two weeks later on the agreed date they showed up on time. The crew was very polite and professional. They did everything asked of them with great attention to detail. The dust was minimal from the sanding because they used professional equipment. Before they left every day they did an excellent job of cleaning. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring job. They also do major remodeling and I would recommend them for that too based upon the job they did on my floors. I’m impressed and happy with the job!!!"

"We interviewed several prospective contractors before deciding to work with Tim, but it was the best decision we made. From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim took time to fully understand our project, help us design two brand-new bathrooms in our upstairs space, and do it within our budget and more reasonably than any other contractor we had interviewed. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance. In the end, Tim built us two spacious bathrooms upstairs and moved our laundry up there, in the space of the original, small bathrooms.
