During his camera scope he identified problems not previously picked up. During the repair phase he talked me through the process and was very thorough and organized in his work. During final phase, he came back to hydrojet and rod the entire sewer system out to the city line, provided additional repairs to broken waters lines and gaps in the concrete floor. In the end, Tim did a major repair digging out our front yard to access and repair the sewer line. The majority of the smell has dissipated and, for the first time, I have some peace of mind."

"It was 10am during the week between Christmas and New Years day. My main water valve inside the house was stuck in the off position so I had no water for toilets, sinks.... Chris from the company made it out to my house in advance of the Noon appointment and worked with the village (the village has to turn on\off the water from outside to my house) to get the repair completed within 2.5 hours, which was amazing. "Called Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon. They hydro jetted the corrugated drainage pipe from the source to the end and then backwards again to remove the obstruction. Free flow of water was quickly restored. They also jetted a second line from the drain site backwards and the return of that one was clear water as well. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
