"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"High Tops replaced our roof seven years ago. Dan was called back soon after their finishing when we had a leak in our hallway. He caulked around a vent, and was on his way. Several years ago we started noticing that the ceiling in our kitchen was becoming mottled, and when my husband actually heard dripping on our kitchen ceiling, he called in a different roofing company to advise. That man climbed into our attic and noticed very shoddy workmanship by High Tops - basically, they had singled over open spots in our roof without first laying down wood or sub-surfacing. We should NOT have to climb into our attic (not an easy task) to inspect a roofer's work once the job is finished. VERY disappointed in the quality of this company's work. Now we must pay a different company to come in and clean up the mess they made, PLUS repair the inside of the house due to water leakage."

"They have tried to bully and take advantage of my family but they won?t do that to me!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! They have made my grandmother house look like a haunted house trying to throw rotten boards back on the fascia as well as offering a quick job of repairing the chimney back which was denied because the trust with their craftsmanship is tarnished! We also had to clean the debris around our house and yard by ourselves! Furthermore their general contractor license expired in June of 2025 so they were doing work ILLEGALLY!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO WITH YOUR FIRST MIND AS WELL AS A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY!"

"I had just purchased a house. They came out and put white sealant on my flat roof. I have had water in my house for the past 7 months and hired a new roofer and they fixed it the right way and told me they basically did nothing with the white sealant. "
