A grounding rod needed to be installed at the house...Being familiar with electrical work myself, I would have preferred a neater dressing of the connecting grounding wire inside the house running to the circuit breaker panel. Otherwise OK. I'm not familiar with the "going rate" for electrical work, but the price vs time and materials seemed a bit high to me. On the other hand, like with any business there are costs such as vehicle maintenance, taxes, insurance, etc etc, that the customer doesn't see."

In April 2020 we had our house re-roofed, and the lightning rods had to be removed before the roofers could work. Sun Valley Electric removed and re-installed the lightning rods and cables before and after the re-roofing. Jared was the technician for Sun Valley. He is a fantastic representative for the company, as is the owner, Jason. I've not met Jason, but I've spoken with him a couple of times on the phone. Add to that, a 50 year old mobile home, and there are many reasons to be concerned.
