"Just had 2 8' french doors installed. These doors came unassembled as a kit. He had to lower a 10' wall to 8'. Frame, drywall, add and sand drywall compound several times until it met his standards, assemble and install the doors & then paint and clean up. There was no over charges, he came on time & was a pleasure to deal with. He will be creating accent walls on 2 walls next. BTW he makes custom wood furniture as well."

He found a mother raccoon and her babies and was able to get them out as well as catching a few armadillos (in the yard, overnight) in the process. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
