"It's breathtaking. The neighbors are stilling commenting. We first met with Dan in the fall to discuss the landscaping. Since I was replacing the driveway with pavers, we decided I should pursue my plan to reroof the house first. Dan was very patient as getting the roofing contract underway and then getting the approvals from the HOA took quite a bit of time. I found him very easy to work with and not pushy or arrogant. Once we were ready to proceed, they had to delay my start date due to another job, but Dan kept me informed, so it wasn't an issue. When the crew started the work, they were punctual and efficient. "Our home was hit hard by hurricane Matthew. A 100 year old oak tree fell on the front of our house causing a lot of structural and water damage, inside and out. It seemed like the end of the world for us, but after meeting the first time with Dale (Trout project supervisor), we both felt very confident that Trout was the right choice. The demand for roofers and carpenters was very high in the aftermath of hurricane Matthew, but Dale worked hard to put us back together as quickly as possible. He has an amazing eye for detail and made sure all work was done in a quality manner. The final result is that our home is better now than before the hurricane. We plan on doing some re-modelling work later in the year and would definitely trust Trout to do the work for us."
