"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Excellent communication. Explained issue in detail. They even swept behind the oven before putting it back in place."

"My Pro was excellent. He was on time and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I asked questions and didn’t mind answering. He fixes the issue without any problem or hesitation. Job well done and yes if I need help again I would like to have him. Thank you Angi and thank the PRO."

"I highly recommend Mark for repairs. I called him on Saturday morning he arrived shortly thereafter to my mothers house to fix her refrigerator & did a great job. Mark had to put up with the smell of rotten food in the refrigerator &; a leaking floor to fix the appliance for my mother. Mark prices were reasonable, the repair was completed same day & he put up with a lot to get the job done. Plus, it was a Saturday!!! Please dont hesitate to call Mark any for any appliance repairs you need done."

"They came out when they said they would, showed me what part I needed to replace and ordered the part. The pricing was fair and in line with what I would expect. They are coming out today to install it. I've had a satisfactory experience in the past with them doing an excellent job repairing a microwave stove combination. I will recommend them and use them again."

"An excellent service. I called late Friday for a washing machine repair. I spoke with Sharon Monday morning to arrange for an appointment that day. Sharon and Keith, rearranged their scheduled to meet me. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a reasonable price. They kept me apprised of the possible problems as to what would be repairable and what would be financially not feasible. They also gave me valuable advice on a couple of other appliances to prevent future problems. Very professional and I would definitely use again.."

"Great! Frankie (the owner) returned my voicemail on the next business day. He was able to give me a same day appointment. He was able to figure out what was wrong and repaired my microwave to full working condition. He was friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend using A Quality Appliance Service to repair any household appliance."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"
