They did a complete overhead water repipe. The end result was greater water pressure than we've had since we first moved in 10 years ago. No more leaking pipes or low water pressure! They're professional, friendly and competent. They listened to my requests and worked with us to come up with the best solution. They also installed a Moen in line water monitoring system. We also used them for smaller plumbing issues. They honored their original quotes which were lower than the 2 estimates we received from other companies. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

Do not pre-pay with this company.  Evidently, it was poorly priced..  Everyone of his employees came out said "no, can't do it for that price", but I had already paid for the job through Angie's List.  When the representative first came out, he quoted all this stuff he could do, but I only wanted what I had paid for.  It almost took me throwing a fit to get them to do the job quoted & paid for.  I still have uneven places that the worker did not smooth out.  Also, I was constantly being told he would be out at a certain time and then the worker who was supposed to be a supervisor would not show up.
