"It was great (and easy) to work with Andrew on a major facility project at our Distribution Center. Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. Oh, and we got a second gate to use because he was able to make it independent of the original setup! Thank you Andrew! Highly recommend!"

"Kelvin Funes, owner of KF Remodeling is a very experienced contractor in all aspects of home building and remodeling. They have done four jobs for me this year from Feb to July of 2025. Jobs included; shower/bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Some were major plumbing and installation of wired smoke detectors. Not easy but Kelvin always tells me his job is to solve problems. And he does. Twice I needed to call him back to handle small over looked items and he returned promptly to handle them. "We recently remodeled our master bathroom and after extensive research we selected Remodel USA. We initially met with Martin Rabone who spent several hours showing us the various options available and assisting us in making preliminary selections. We were directed to various distributors who work with Remodel USA to make tile, granite and fixture selections. We found all of them to be extremely helpful. All parts of the project were carefully worked through with no work beginning until all the materials were available. We were told the project would take 2 weeks from start to finish and were pleasantly pleased that they finished a day early. Our production manager, Percy Melendez, assisted in final choices of materials prior to ordering and insured that we had the correct items and was meticulous in overseeing the two workers, appearing frequently and phoning often to be sure we were happy with everything. Two people were assigned to do the entire instillation except for the frame less shower glass. This meant that there was no waiting for various people who might be delayed by other jobs and the two knew how to do the tile work, electrical work, and plumbing. Both workers were extremely attentive to making sure that our carpets and furnishings were protected and provided advice about placement of grab bars and the showers. They approached us to make final placement decisions before instillation and did everything possible to make certain we would have the master bathroom we envisioned. The frame less shower surround was also expertly installed. All workers cleaned up the area daily and left no construction or other trash behind. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with our entire experience and highly recommend Remodel USA. We will definitely consider them for future home projects as they do additions, windows, and other things."

Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.

"The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.
