"We just wrapped up our first major remodel — updating a hastily-converted bedroom-turned-bathroom. Alex Freddi and his team did a wonderful job. Our project manager, Alex, made great recommendations for placements of things, and was able to roll with the punches when a pipe placement caused an issue and a new wall needed to be built for the shower. We also appreciated that when we were sometimes at a loss when questions came up, he was able to understand and advise when necessary. Our tiler (also named Alex - a third Alex) was amazing and made it work when it looked like we might be short on shower tile. When we noticed that a requested outlet had been forgotten (right at the end of the whole project), they instantly fixed the situation and had a great attitude throughout the whole thing. We appreciated everyone's help who worked on various projects — all of them did a great job (including the plumber who was a little confused by our weird Japanese toilet, but got it working perfectly!). This all took place during January-February, so all of us (three adults) had to work from home throughout the whole project, and Alex's team was incredibly accommodating, safe, and gracious. We have a lot of noisy pets, our house is very old and full of fun surprises (and incredibly hard to navigate while holding construction material), and Alex & co. were nothing but understanding. We are so happy with our new bathroom. We can't wait for lockdown to end so we can have a party to show it off. ;) We would definitely use Alex and his team for future projects."

I originally contracted with Lo's in 2013, but due to the incredible rain we had in the fall of 2013 the work on my house was delayed until 2014.  I appreciated that instead of just painting my house in the rain to get it off their list, they would only work on the house during the best conditions. I had picked Lo's because they had done several houses in my neighborhood and the owner of one of the houses told me about their professionalism and emphasis on prep work.  Since I have a house built in 1895 and knew I needed some repair work I chose Lo's.  An estimate was done shortly after I contacted them and it was honored for the following year.  When the work began I was contacted regularly for updates and have issues resolved.  One was finding dry rot on my garage that needed work above what I contracted for and having more shingles than I had originally anticipated needing replacement.  The crew cleaned up every evening.  Whether dealing with Lo's office, their representative, Chris Riehle, or the work crew and supervisor, I was kept informed during the entire process.  The result was better than expected.  Their professionalism made the entire painting process stress-free.  I would highly recommend Lo's Contracting.

"The outside dig was very expensive and a repeat from 3 years ago. I guess I should have chosen the longer dig in 2017. They cleaned up very well and hopefully will pass the video next week. The original call was for a plugged tub. The young man, Ian, worked hard and did not need to replace pipes. He also replaced 2 washers on showers and an O-ring on a toilet. Well done and very reasonable. Thank you Ian!"
