"Our project was to replace our aged, noisy, unsightly two-car garage door, tracks, and spring. From start to finish on this project, Precision gets 5 stars all the way. John, the Precision sales rep, reviewed our current door setup. He then presented us with a wide array of door styles and options. He recommended replacing our functional screw drive opener with a more modern opener for less wear-and-tear on the new door, as well as quieter operation. The price for totally overhauling our garage door system was awesome, completely reasonable. As an added benefit, we were able to pay the down payment (and final payment) by credit card, on site. While we had to wait for the door to be manufactured, the installation occurred well within the time frame expectation that John had set. Shane, our installer, was the best. He was on time and single-handedly removed, packed away and cleaned up the old door/hardware and installed the new door, hardware, and opener. The door is beautiful. The opener, springs, and new tracks provide whisper-quiet opening and closing. Shane reviewed the various aspects of the new door system, leaving a can of lubricant for an annual touchup as well as all the opener remotes we could possibly use, including an outside keypad (that he installed). When we noticed a few minor “touchup” issues, Shane offered to come out the next day (Saturday). Since the issues were minor, we agreed that the following week would be fine. Shane was out first thing Monday morning, issues resolved. 5 stars, no question: a door and opener that exceed our expectations; tremendous pricing; excellent people – both on the sales end and the installation end; and outstanding service. My only regret is that I didn’t call Precision 10 years ago. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door."

"I asked them for an estimate and they came out to measure everything. They were on time and professional. When they were done asking what I was considering, and measuring the old door, they told me they would provide an estimate shortly. When they got back to me, they provided some information on several options as well as the estimate. After reviewing the options, I asked about revising the estimate for a different kind of door, then about getting it in a different colour (one that, like the old door, matched my house rather than the trim). They provided revisions to the original estimate and we came to terms on the features and options. I decided to upgrade from their original suggestion, because I liked the spec better. It took a little while to get the parts for what I had ordered, but they kept me up to date on the status. When the door parts finally arrived, they came for the installation appointment, removed my garage old door, installed the new garage door, and set everything up -- tracks, supports, spring, door. There were a couple minor issues, but they worked through them. Even though I had specifically refused a new door operator, they still spent the few minutes to calibrate the one I already had to work well with the new door. When they were done, it looked good and operated smoothly. It has been a few months and I am still pleased with the results. The door looks good and operates smoothly. I think the added insulation helps control the garage temperature a little bit too."

"Very nice small business.  Called on a Saturday to leave a message for a hopeful appointment for the following week.  Our garage door was wedged up at an angle about 2 feet and we couldn't move it after my husband installed new springs himself.  Track looked bent and door wouldn't budge in either direction.  Within about two hours, Leon was at our house and worked until everything was working perfectly, took less than two hours.  VERY professional and friendly.  Pointed out some things that needed to be fixed in the future and ways they could be done better next time, but with no pressure or scare tactics, just common sense things we didn't know.  Highly recommended!!!

"All-American Garage Door was terrific. They called within an hour of me posting the job and did the estimate for free. I needed all the wires and springs replaced on my 20 year old garage doors. They set an appointment for the best afternoon and arrived in time. The work was complete in a few hours. Everything besides the actual doors and openers was replaced. They’re so quiet and smooth now it’s amazing. We use them a lot and I feel like we got a very high quality product and job with a written warranty."

"I called and they said they could come out the same day...gave me an estimated time...I had to call back several times to get updates on when they would be able to come...Really the office should of called me.  However, she was very polite and they had a project that ran way longer than expected.

They were willing to come later in the evening or the next morning...I choose the next morning.

The gentleman came on time and explained what was wrong with the garage door and gave me options...he was respectful of our home having to walk through to the garage with tools, leaving the garage area clean when he was done.  The project took approximately an hour.

"We wanted new garage doors to be better insulated and have windows in them. Garage Door LLC has advised us on best options (they have great selection of doors!) and installed new doors. They are quiet, and work very well. We had issues with the remote controls, and they came back and replaced all motors and receivers! Great service."
