"Our garage door opener was not working properly and we were able to schedule a next-day appointment (on the weekend) via the website, within a reasonably narrow time frame (2hrs). John Patton arrived promptly, provided excellent explanations of the work to be done, and was able to perform the work immediately with supplies from his truck. (We needed a new opener and new springs.) As he was performing the work, he was very knowledgeable to answer any questions I had, and he even set up the opener with our vehicles. I have no notes for John. I felt that the price was a bit high given the cost of the parts themselves, but the convenience and great service took most of the sting out of that."
