I called Jason. He showed up the same day, got his guys out there three days later. The quality of the installation cannot be overstated. Guys who truly care about the quality of their workmanship. They screwed down my subfloor so it doesn't squeak and they were able to avoid using transition. I have a masonry fireplace and was resigned to having it undercut, but the installers went out of their way to manage it so they didn't have to. My only regret is that I didn't tip his guys MORE. THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT TO DO YOUR FLOORS. Prices are great too. But let me tell you, after MONTHS of dealing with other contractors- they'd be worth it at a much higher price."

The floor had flatness and leveling problems, he went the extra mile getting it right before the install. He is very professional, conscientious, hard-working, and the floor came out looking great. He went above and beyond offering to paint some existing condensate lines to match the trim that was not part of the original quote. I recommend him."

"We had 2 small bathroom floors replaced. Unfortunately the installers did not replace the wax ring when replacing the toilet. Water was flowing under the floors because of this. They were kind enough to come back with a kit from Lowe’s the same night and fixed their mistake. If you hire them to replace bathrooms floors make sure you purchase a wax ring and they replace it. According to the installers they are not provided with them! Besides that hiccup, everything was great. I love our floors and I cannot wait to get the rest of my house done in them."
