"Mike was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I had a sediment filter installed and he replaced the pressure tank. He showed me how to check/replace filter as needed. He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. I highly recommend giving them a call for your next plumbing job!"

"I received a call instantly. They scheduled the repair the same day. Once they reviewed the problem, they gave me a quote and completed it within 2 hours and at the cost quoted. "Mitchell was very professional and great at the work he’s done on my 2 homes. I’ve had 2 bathroom remodels. Funace and hot water heater replaced. Put an expansion water tank on one of my homes. Hooked up my water for my new refrigerator and dishwasher. Have not had any issues with his work. Highly recommend."

"The crew showed up early on the date provided by Mr. Froais.  The gutters were cleaned; some of the new guards were installed, and they left the broken (replaced) ones for my inspection."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
