"They physically got on the very steep roof and inspected the roof before providing estimate. Took photos to illustrate issues with roof. Ultra pro provided a fair estimate. Friendly to work with. Completed the project within 2 days (big roof) and did an excellent job of installing the new asphalt shingles. They also replaced many covers and the vent fan. They also report using 6 nails per shingle to properly secure shingles to roof. My only criticism is they could have used more tarps to make clean up easier and more thorough for themselves. Nevertheless, a weekend DIY warrior who recommends these guys."

He immediately went on roof, took pictures and showed me and gave a reasonable estimate. After agreeing, he immediately did the job. He took out few sidings and put flashing to avoid water getting behind siding from roof. I have not noticed any leaks since completion of these jobs. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"
