He took pictures at the start of the repair until the roof repair was completed. Ian went out of his way to make he had the exact IKO Class 4 shingle and color to get the best results when the job was completed. He did such an amazing job that you would never that section was ever repaired. We had are first rain since the repair and there are no leaks! Thanks to Ian that section looks better than the day it was replaced in 2020. "I called Swift to get an inspection done on my house. The inspector, Scott, was really flexible with scheduling an appointment with me. He came out to my house and was really friendly. He answered all the questions I had for him. I didn't know too much about the stucco system I had on my house so I learned alot that day. He had a professional appearance which I appreciated. He used a moisture meter to test the moisture in my stucco. I'm always concerned about mold and moisture around my family so I was happy to get a reading that was normal. He also got on the roof to look at the stucco and let me know some kickout flashings were missing. I feel like he did a great job because he made sure to look all over and he took alot of pictures that he later was able to send me with his report. He walked around the house and tested different areas and showed me on the report what concerns he had but that overall my stucco system was in pretty good shape. I was definitely impressed with how much he knew and the patience he had with all my questions. He gave me a very detailed report that was about 15 pages. It was clear and wasn't hard to understand at all. I had a really good experience with this company. I would definitely use them again if I needed another inspection done and I recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
