"An extraordinary experience working with Marcos Infantino, a garage door guru. Our garage door completely went kaput, with rollers falling off, bolts all over the floor, tracks bent, wood siding cracking up, and hinges beyond repair. The darn ugly thing wouldn't open even with the manual override. We couldn't go to work. I was sure I needed a new door. Of the six people I contacted, only Marcos called right back.
