I could not use water for almost sever hours an inconvenience since job was estimated to be "about 4 hours". I think he took a deserved lunch break for about an hour. He was on time and was courteous and pleasant. Would have been nice if he had a helper."

"Leon was amazing! We had another company out a few days prior to look at our backed up drain pipe. When they arrived, they told us that the c/o pipe had to be installed outside of the house in order for them to rout and flush. They said our crawl space where the inside c/o pipe was, was not accessible, basically leaving us with no other option than a $4,700 estimate to install the c/o pipe. We wanted a second opinion. That’s when we called Top Tech. Leon arrived the next day and immediately recommended to rout out from the inside (even though the first company said this was not possible) first while using a camera to ensure there was no break in the sewer line. He also gave me some great recommendations on things that can help with the root growth in the future. And hey, when we’re ready to get that outside c/o pipe installed- I know who I’m calling!"

On day one I was very lucky that they had availability within a couple of hours. Kyle took a look at the water heater and when I left him to put his recommendation together, he took the initiative to look around a bit more. It turned out I originally showed him a small water heater that was supporting the radiant heat below my basement floor. More appropriately, Kyle located the main water heater which was the one that needed replacement. Nice job!!
J. Blanton was able to install the new water heater on day two (the following day).  They arrived promptly and drained and removed the older heater and installed the new one within three hours.  I had hot water not long after.  The team of Kyle and Mike were professional, proficient and delivered a job well done.
