Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Then let Modern View take care of the rest - taped and finished drywall, installed shower tile, floor tile, shower doors, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, all fixtures, ceiling fan and vanity light, and finish trim. Painted. Room turned out fantastic. Also had them do some drywall patching in a couple closets. They even did some extra work we didn't originally discuss. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space.
