"I have a home with a sump pump and unfortunately my basement flooded after a recent storm due to my pump failing. After getting in contact with Kingsley improvements, they put my situation at the top of their list and had replaced my sump pump almost immediately! They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and took my sense of urgency seriously, when other companies wouldnâ t.
