To start he installed the door and some screws fall. I noticed he hadn?t installed the sensor beam eyes, which is by the way required by law to be installed in any garage door for safety. I called the company and after talking to the owner they sent him back to my home. When he came back he didn?t apologize for his big mistake. He installed the electric eye, took my old one with him and said with all the arrogance to my husband ? are you happy now??. How do you treat a costumer like that after your own mistake? I will never use them again and I definitely don?t recommend their service. "

"One of the cables snapped, that attaches springs to the garage door. These help balance weight of the door when raising and lowering. I also wanted to consider replacing the old springs that seemed not strong enough. We scheduled early afternoon the same day. They suggested converting to more current Torsion spring system which is also safer, and provided an estimate and completed in a little over an hour for the quoted $425. They answered my questions, did a good job, it works well. The new type poses less risk if a cable or spring snaps, compared to the prior setup."
