"Yabi was great! He was able to come check out our broken oven soon after I called, and diagnosed the problem right away. He was able to fix it quickly after getting the necessary part."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"My oven 'OFF' switch stopped working. R&J determined I needed a new control panel membrane and quoted a replacement part price of $818 (which I prepaid), advising it might be weeks before the NLA part could be sourced. After 3 weeks of searching, Juliano let me know their sources yielded nothing, so I asked for part number. I found it online myself for <$50, so Juliano promptly refunded the $818. When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."

"Viking Stove Repair I had a problem with my Viking stove where one of the burners would not ignite, and the oven was not heating evenly. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. Turns out the igniter was worn out, and there was also a temperature sensor issue in the oven. He had the necessary parts with him, so there was no waiting for a second visit. The repair was done efficiently, and he tested everything before leaving to make sure it was working perfectly. He even gave me some maintenance tips to keep it running smoothly. Professional, knowledgeable, and great service overall?highly recommend!"

"Tech called to say he was on the way. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and gave me two options (repair part or replace it). He explained the difference. I chose to have him repair and he finished in a very short time. I was very happy with his expertise and great customer service skills."

"Repairman Sergei was very knowledgeable and fast. Figured out what was wrong with oven in a matter of minutes. Doesn't overcharge and very honest with his work. Tells you upfront what needs repair and not pushy at all. I'm definitely using his service again."

"The technician, Derrick, was excellent, very thorough! He explained everything and completed our oven repair in about 45 minutes! Although he gave us a senior discount I thought the cost, $315.00 was very high! The part he replaced May have a price of $100.00. So thatâ s about $290.00 an hour for the labor! Probably a little too high! Also I mentioned that I am a retired Army Veteran with 37 + years service! You all can do allot better for military veterans and senior citizens on fixed incomes!!!!"
