" Viking Stove Repair I had a problem with my Viking stove where one of the burners would not ignite, and the oven was not heating evenly. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. Turns out the igniter was worn out, and there was also a temperature sensor issue in the oven. He had the necessary parts with him, so there was no waiting for a second visit. "I called Yabi Saturday morning at 10:00 to see when he could come by. He was here by 1:00 and figured out that the main processor failed. After checking the internet he discovered a replacement part was not available, but there was a company that would repair ours. He said it could be up to two weeks before the repair could be completed. Due to the Crona virus the company doing the rebuilt was able to fix the part and return it in two business days and Yabi was back the next day to complete the repair. He was pleasant, very respectful of our property, clean and effective and his price was very reasonable. I cannot day enough about how pleased we are with his service."

R&J determined I needed a new control panel membrane and quoted a replacement part price of $818 (which I prepaid), advising it might be weeks before the NLA part could be sourced. After 3 weeks of searching, Juliano let me know their sources yielded nothing, so I asked for part number. I found it online myself for <$50, so Juliano promptly refunded the $818. When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."
