"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"I was given an estimate over the phone and purchase the replacement faucet to be installed on the kitchen sink. When the workman arrived, he explained that I had purchased the wrong faucet--not enough pieces. Without making me feel stupid, he put the sink back together and even made an adjustment so that it worked better. I made the exchange, called Improve America, and they were back to complete the work two days later. He started the project when he said he would and finished very quickly. He then came back in the agreed upon time to paint the deck once it had settled.
