"There was a three step process.  A sales person came to the house and we came to an agreement about price and type of window.  Then the sales person contacted the measurer.  The measurer came to the house and measured the window area and described the installation process.   The  window was special ordered.  We waited about five weeksfor the window to be delivered to M and M.  Then we set up an appointment to have the window installed.    The installation team of two people were professional, fast and cleaned up after the job was completed.
