When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

Unfortunately, communication was very poor and that outweighed the positives. I repeatedly requested the documentation needed for rebates/tax credits (invoice details, manufacturer/model info, etc.) and never received it. Because of that, I?m missing out on savings that amount to roughly 20% of the total cost. If you use this company, make sure you get all paperwork in writing before paying. I can?t recommend them based on the lack of follow-through."
