"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"I’m thankful Carter Bros was my choice through Angi’s list. The oven portion of my gas range suddenly quit working. Bill came out the same day and was thorough and professional. He was unable to find the source of the failure and said it could be the motherboard and it could fail again and at that point I’ll need to weigh if the cost of replacing that mother board or replacing the 9 year old range makes more sense. I was only charged $199 and he spent over an hour trying to isolate the failure. I appreciate his honesty and not charging me an exorbitant price. I have saved their contact info and will use them whenever I have an appliance failure and will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends."

"Excellent service. I've used this company in the past and was pleased so I decided to contact them again. They ran into problems with the service panel upgrade but they figured it out and completed the work in a timely manner. They honored the original quote so I didn't have to pay extra for the additional labor and materials required for the panel upgrade. I would choose this company over any other because they are always on time and very thorough with their explanations, and responsive customer service."

"My fridge was rusting from the inside out due to a defect. I contacted Good Guys to see if it could be fixed or if the appliance was better replaced. As I suspected, there was not a reasonable repair solution. Max was super responsive, honest, and gave excellent advice. He knew my appliance wasn't worth repairing and gave me replacement advice without charge. This is the kind of level of professional service that I thought was largely forgotten. He instantly earned my trust and I would surely use his company again for any repair with plasure. The business seems very appropriately named!"

"We called Alpha Omega Appliance Service Last Thursday as we
needed our Jel Wend Range repaired. Chris answered the phone right away and we
were able to make an appointment later that day.  Chris came out with in the time he had
scheduled and assessed the problem that we were having.  He gave us a quote for the part and labor and
said he could get that part tomorrow and scheduled a time to come back the next
day.  Chris came back the next day.  When he swapped out the part and put the oven
back together the same problem existed.
After doing some other testing he realized what the problem was and
fixed it.  He removed the part he ordered
and replaced it back with the one original and did not charge us since we didn?t
need it.  We appreciated his honesty so
much and the fact that the cost to fix the over was let then he had quoted was
greatly appreciated as well.   We thought Chris did a great job and would
recommend him to anyone needing Appliance Repair.

"This was our second kitchen remodel with Kitchen Plus with our first in 2008 at previous home. Their tag line On Time-On Budget is exactly what happens. During demolishing the support beam was not as anticipated (sorry don't know building terms etc) and previous kitchen remodel in 80's by former owners had faulty electrical work. However, with KP any problems discovered after signing the contract are covered by the company not the owner. In addition, they guarantee time to complete model and if they go over promised end date they pay you! There is a lot of planning that goes on prior to start date including picking all necessary cabinets, hardware etc and when day one starts the project manager can tell you exactly what date what work will be done. Our project manager Tim Burr was fantastic! He was prompt, detailed oriented, conscientious, hard working and good to our dogs who wanted to sneak in and see what was going on. Can't thank him enough for making our kitchen remodel as painless as possible. KP stands by their work. As we settle back into kitchen and notice any little detail that is off, Tim will be available to fix or remedy problem. Ongoing we can contact KP service department as they guarantee their work. Hopefully we won't move again and need another kitchen remodel, but if we do Kitchen Plus will get a call!"
