"I reached out to Chuck at Carter Brothers Refrigeration repair for my GE Advantium Micro Convection Oven. The concern was a broken spring in the oven door after a loud cracking noise which caused the door to be very heavy to open and close right after. They had Bill out within hours of the call to take a look. Unfortunately due to the age of the Oven GE no longer was making replacement parts. I was impressed with the speed at which they were able to come out to take a look and I would definitely call them again for service. Bill was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he spent to explain the mechanism on these oven doors that are different than a typical oven door making it difficult to repair without the manufacturers part."

"After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong. He left the estimate prior to leaving and even called and left a message to say that he left it in a different place than discussed. Professionalism. On the day of the repair everything was handled correctly by two every nice gentlemen. You would never know that a repair had been made as nothing was out of place afterwards and the roof was perfect. "We called Alpha Omega Appliance Service Last Thursday as we
needed our Jel Wend Range repaired. Chris answered the phone right away and we
were able to make an appointment later that day.  Chris came out with in the time he had
scheduled and assessed the problem that we were having.  He gave us a quote for the part and labor and
said he could get that part tomorrow and scheduled a time to come back the next
day.  Chris came back the next day.  When he swapped out the part and put the oven
back together the same problem existed. 
After doing some other testing he realized what the problem was and
fixed it.  He removed the part he ordered
and replaced it back with the one original and did not charge us since we didn?t
need it.  We appreciated his honesty so
much and the fact that the cost to fix the over was let then he had quoted was
greatly appreciated as well.   We thought Chris did a great job and would
recommend him to anyone needing Appliance Repair.

Even coming out on a Saturday morning to deal with a small drip from the kitchen sink. Regarding commitment to excellence, the tile installer noticed small imperfections on the back splash tile. He would not install an inferior product and ordered all new tile. I plan on using Kitchen's Plus again when I get around to remodeling my bathroom."
