"Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. The doors look great, and just as the other reviewers mentioned, Carl really is a super nice guy! This was a small job, but even so, Carl treated us like it was very important to him. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
