We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. We spent thousands of dollars with this company... to refuse to repair/replace a defective toilet is just the type of service no one wants."

I bought an Angie's List deal for $75.00 to replace my outside faucet.  When James showed up, he looked at the faucet and said that since it was soddered on that it would have to be sawed off and replaced.  It was an additional $75.00 for that service.  James was very polite and did an excellent job, however,  if I had known it was going to cost $150.00 for the service, I would probably have had someone else do the work.
