"I would highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Travis Diekmann was extremely helpful and professional. I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future."

"I called to make an appointment for an estimate and the gentleman came out to my house the same day! We scheduled for a couple days later and he arrived right on time! He pressure washed my driveway, sidewalks, back patio and side of house. The gentleman (Gearold) was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. "Our house is 63 years old and had the original aluminum windows from 1956. After several bids we decided to go with Marty and Guardian Windows. The quality of the window compared to other companies seemed to be better. The installation crew (Fernando, Matt, Jim and Darrell) showed up on a Thursday, two and a half days later they had replaced our 25 windows. These guys were very professional and hard working individuals. Every rough opening provided a challenge for trimming out based on the age of the home plus the difference in the window width of the old windows versus the new. It was amazing the job they did and how "new" it makes our home look. We've had many compliments so far. I noticed one small blemish in a pane plus they actually found a "small" scatch in another but Fernando immediately contacted the window manufacturer and replacements will arrive with a few weeks. I would strongly recommend this company for any window replacement needs you have. Thanks again"

As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.

"Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed.
