"The computer technician, Tammy, was excellent.  He arrived on time and was very personable.  Our computer is several years old and has been running slow, so he cleaned it up for us.  He tried to show us how to perform some maintenance tasks on our own.  
After he was finished, he had to call in to the main Geek Choice number to settle the bill.  When I spoke with the person on the phone from Geek Choice, I was astonished when they told me the bill was for $300, which included 2.5 hours service at $100 per hour and a $50 fee for home visit.  I informed her that I had ordered the first hour through Angie's List for $75 and that the home visit fee was waived.  She retrieved my information and charged me a balance of $135, to include the reduced hourly fee of $90 per hour.  So Angie's List saved me almost $100, which I totally appreciate.  
I give the technician high marks but the company, Geek Choice, seems like just another corporation trying to make more money off the consumer than they should.  I'm glad I went through Angie's List.

"My bose lifestyle 48 series lll with the acoustimass 16s. was my baby but it was simply getting to dated and things were starting to not work. But I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted and what would be best for my room and set up. So I called ranger media. And they was absolutely awesome dude. Like they came over after giving me a call and setting up a time that was good for me. They was available pretty much anytime. The owner was very nice and polite. His technician was cool and laid back but knew his stuff. They came out measured the roome and tested the acoustics. Long story short. The prices was outstanding. There is no one cheaper. Not by a long shot. Anyway they recommend a set up based on what I wanted and what i needed. Now I have this bad a** custom system it's a mix of B&W 702, 705, HTM71 S lll and 2 DB4S. And let's not forget the sexy denon AVR-A1H reciver to power it all. Im so happy right now. But my neighbors don't. \m/"
