"This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I had an event the Saturday of the week I called for service, giving the company only 3 days to provide service. Originally they couldn’t fit me in because of a full schedule which was understandable. I advised that I would look elsewhere because of my urgency. "We used Fairfax Antenna to install a HD Antenna on our roof so that we could cut our cable and leverage internet services for TV along with the antenna to get local channels. I am writing this review after a month of the antenna being installed to monitor the performance. To date, everything is absolutely wonderful and my channels come in with full signal strength. We had invested in about 3 indoor 50 mile antennas, but they were never consistent no matter where we placed them in the house. The gentlemen were professional, made great recommendations, and we're quick and tidy about their work. I live in the Washington DC area, and we get channels as far as Baltimore in HD. I used the two runs, just in case we needed to split, but we use a product called HDHOMERUN Connect to route the signal through our network. Any TV we have used for accessing local TV, the channels come in sharp and crisp with zero issues. I highly recommend Fairfax Antenna."

"I spoke to LaShaun on a Friday before Labor Day weekend and begged for his assistance to set up a tv in a new house.  I sent him a few pictures of the where the tv needed be hung and where I needed wires fished.  He told me he was booked all day Saturday but would fit me in for Saturday late afternoon between 3pm and 4pm.  He arrived shortly after 5pm, inspected what needed to be done for about half-and-hour and decided to do the work.  He did an amazing job of "fishing" the wires through the wall from one room to another with as minimal damage as possible.  LaShaun was very professional and spent over 5 hours on the entire job and refused to compromise perfection for time (although he didn't leave until after 11:30pm).   Although I was ready to go to bed and get him out of my house; he refused to leave until the job was done and made sure everything was clean and working as expected. I would highly recommend this company and specifically LaShaun and will use again the future."

Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.
