"I dropped my laptop on its side off a kitchen table and the plug no longer worked to power the laptop. A piece of the plug receiver had actually come out when the computer fell. I was able to still power on my laptop, but it had very little battery life left and there was no way to charge it with the plug broken. I called Eric on a Saturday afternoon intending to leave a voice mail since the business is not open on Saturday. He actually answered the phone! Then he reassured me that he could fix the laptop and asked me to call him back Monday morning to arrange to get the laptop to him. I called him back Monday morning, dropped the computer off at his home that same day and he called me back the next day to tell me it was fixed.
