Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who is looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house."

"Since parts of the house are over 100 years old, I knew that I would need a lot of new decking under the roof. I also needed drip edge material installed to prevent ice dam problems that I had been experiencing. I also needed trim repair and gutters. Everything turned out great. The timing was great as well. that got it done in 3 days working dawn to dusk just before the cold weather set in. The acid test was the one stretch in January where we got at least 18 inches of snow without a thaw. I had the ice dams as usual but no leaks this time. This outfit is very professional and is a real bargain if your looking for top quality workmanship. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks.
