Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "It was great! Mr Murphy came out to show us his sunroom designs. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to customize as to exactly match our brick and roof along with other details. He then sent a 3D image with all details along with a very detailed price list. We signed the contract then waited until after the winter to start. Everything went perfect! They obtained the permit, They had great, carpenters, electricians, tile professional and woodworker to attend to every detail. We are delighted, after a recent storm with near 60 mph winds coming right at us from an empty cornfield, not a creek or a moan could be heard. It's so well constructed. Armando, in the shop was always available to answer every question and make sure everything was taken care of."

"We signed the contract to have a three season sunroom added to our house in April, then waited 3 months for the city to approve permits.  They started building the room in July, and it was finished in September,  There were only minor problems, and they fixed all of them at the end.  The only frustration I had was that I would have likaed more communication about when people were or weren't going to show up to work.  Overall, we are very happy with the room, and I would recommend this builder."
