Kenning did a terrific job of explaining all the needed to be done. He gave me an estimate and we discussed upgrading everything. He gave me another estimate to include the upgrade. I chose to go with the upgrade in the repair. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. Kenny also said that he would work with Evergy and take care of everything. Kenny made this Grandmother very relieved! On the day of the upgrade repair, Kenny and another great MVP electrician (I am so sorry that I forgot his name-I apologize for that), came out and got it all fixed. They were so amazing! They treated me like I was their own Grandmother! I feel like I have 2 new Grandsons! MVP is a part of my family now. I signed up for MVP's plan that includes plumbing, heating & air conditioning and electric. It has everything that I needed and have been looking for. "I had 3 companies quote my HVAC replacement. One of them was WAY overpriced. The other 2 companies came in right about the same price. My reason for going with KB is the fact that I have been a customer for almost 5 years now. The only reason I had the other quotes is because this was a very large expense and I had never had to do anything like this before since this is my first home and I wanted to make sure I got the right deal. I have always been extremely happy with KB's service. I am on their annual maintenance program and everyone that has come to check my AC or heater has been great. They are always right on time, they call and let you know they are coming which is great because then I can go to work and not have to wait at home for them. They call about 30 minute in advance and I can go home to meet them. They are very professional and very courteous when they are here. They answer any questions that I have and are extremely polite. I have no qualms about recommending KB to anyone who asks who I use for my HVAC needs. This is a great company run by a local family and I love to support local business when I can. The customer service from them is also outstanding, and that is a HUGE issue for me. If I do not get good customer service I usually do not use that provider again. I am in a customer service type job, so if they don't treat me as I would treat myself, I move on, but that is a non issue here as everyone I have dealt with at this company is top notch! Others times over the years, I have also used this company for a few different plumbing issues that I have had and again, the service has always been great. I will continue to use KB for projects that I have for the foreseeable future."
