"I have a service agreement for my Nordic Track treadmill (purchased from Sears in 2010) that relies on American Retail Services for their on-site repair services.  Thank goodness I bought the 5-year service plan because the treadmill isn't the highest quality, but the service I have received from Scott (and Dana) has been wonderful.   <br /> When I have an issue with the treadmill, I call the the company that owns the service plan and explain the problem, they send me the parts for the repair and let American Retail Services know that I need service.  I then get a call from Dana of ARS to set-up an appointment for Scott to come out to do the repair.  Scott is always prompt, pleasant and quick.  I've had 4 separate repair needs in the 3 1/2 years I've had the treadmill and have been happy with every visit. <br /> When this treadmill finally bites the dust, I hope my next one will be supported by this company.  In fact, the next time I see Scott I intend to ask him for his recommendations for the best treadmill to meet my needs. <br />"

"My outlets kept blowing the breakers and the smoke alarms quit working along with the phone. Mark come over and discovered the main breaker was bad and changed that out and then the outlets. Some had turned black. Then he changed all the smoke alarms too. The phone company come out to fix the phone lines, I had 2 of them, and said it would be spring and they would have to trench and run new lines. Mark also checked out the phone line and disconnected one I was not using in another building until the weather gets better and then fixed wires the phone co. cut and now both lines work very well with no static at all. No trenching is necessary. I then asked him to install the motion light, which he did."
