Our main points of contact were two of Ben George’s assistants, who eventually just stopped responding altogether. After being ignored for over a month, we had to go back to Ben George, the sales manager, who was just as unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. Sunbelt measured the house four separate times, then suddenly claimed their measurements were off by 20%—which is the equivalent of missing an entire wall. That excuse simply isn’t believable. After weeks of delays, they told us they would not honor the signed contract or do the job unless we agreed to pay more. In the end, we asked for our money back because the hassle and cost of pursuing it further just wasn’t worth it. Sunbelt, and especially Ben George, do not honor their agreements, do not communicate professionally, and can not be trusted. Stay away."
